Holistic Health
We practice a holistic approach to treatment. Therapy is a mix of therapeutic elements that may include, but may not be limited to: individual, group, or family counseling, peer mentoring, dietary and nutritional health, physical fitness, life skills, vocational skills training, yoga, guided meditation, music or art therapy, or off-site activities.
Our clients participate in a variety of scheduled programs throughout the day, typically led by a behavioral health technician or paraprofessional.
Additionally, each individual meets privately, for one-on-one sessions, with our behavioral health professional (BHP). The BHP may be a psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, social worker, registered nurse, or other behavioral health medical practitioner.
